Camille Lebrun is the Head of Customer Success at PLANITY since April 2019, bringing a wealth of experience in commercial roles across various sectors. Previous positions include Commercial Export at My Little Day and several sales and assistant roles at companies such as Longchamp, L'Artisan Créateur, and Bellerose, which enhanced customer engagement and international trade expertise. Camille has foundational experience in customer service from earlier roles at Château de Chenonceau and ETAM, and a diverse background as an au pair. Educational qualifications include a Licence in Commerce International from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology and a BTS in Management des Unités Commerciales from Lycée Balzac.
