Emmeline's long-term association with Capgemini from January 1999 to September 2007 showcased their versatility as they flexibly worked between roles in EDS, Capgemini & BT. In various service management roles, they managed multiple problems, changes, projects, defects, and service improvements for numerous key customers, services, and platforms.
