Natalie Ross

Natalie Ross, PMP has a diverse work experience in various industries. Natalie currently serves as the Director of Quality Assurance and Training at PlanMember Financial Corporation, where they provide leadership and formulates strategies to support client retention. Natalie has also held the role of Quality Assurance & Training Manager, overseeing the training and development of the service center to meet industry expectations in a regulated environment. Prior to that, Natalie worked at JPMorgan Chase Bank as a Relationship Investment Banker, focusing on selling full-service bank products and providing concierge banking for private clients. Natalie also has experience as a Trading Specialist and Broker Relationship Manager at PlanMember Financial Corporation and as a Certified Pharmacy Technician at CVS Health. Natalie's early career included roles as a Fitness Sales Representative and Certified Personal Trainer at Spectrum Athletic Clubs.

Natalie Ross, PMP holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Business with an Emphasis in Economics from UC Santa Barbara (2010-2014). Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Delta High School (2006-2010). In addition to their educational background, Natalie has obtained several certifications including the Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (obtained in February 2023), Series 65 from FINRA (2018), Life Only Insurance License from the California Department of Insurance (2016), Series 6 (2014), Series 63, and Series 7. Natalie also recently completed the Affiliate and Partnerships Industry - Fundamentals course at PXA in 2023.
