Gregory Krause

Gregory Krause started their career in 1995 at Orchard Supply Hardware, where they worked in various roles including Cashier, Retail Leadership, and HR Site Manager. In 2006, they became the Manager of Human Resources for Distribution & Logistics, gaining valuable experience in employee relations. From 2011 to 2017, Krause served as the Director of Human Resources at Orchard Supply Hardware, overseeing HR functions for retail operations and the supply chain. Gregory also took on the role of HRIS Manager during a spin-off from Sears Holdings Corp. In 2017, they became the Director of Human Resources at Orchard Supply Hardware, leading the HR department through the closure and liquidation process. In 2019, Krause joined Planned Parenthood Mar Monte as the Senior Director of Human Resources. Additionally, Krause was a Landing Support Specialist - Corporal in the United States Marine Corps Reserve from 1998 to 2004.
