Mhrm Lori Derenzo Sphr

Lori DeRenzo, MHRM, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has a comprehensive work experience in human resources. Lori currently serves as the Director of Corporate Human Resources at Planned Parenthood Mar Monte since April 2019. From April 2016 to May 2019, they held the role of Director of Human Resources at Alliance Occupational Medicine.inc. Prior to that, they were the Director of Human Resources at Hospice of the Valley, San Jose from February 2015 to February 2016. Earlier in their career, they served as the Human Resources Manager at Lucky Chances Casino from July 2011 to June 2013 and had significant experience in human resources management within the casino and hospitality industry from September 2002 to May 2009.

Lori DeRenzo, MHRM, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Literature from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Lori then pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix.

In addition to their formal education, Lori DeRenzo has also obtained several relevant certifications. In January 2011, they achieved the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). In October 2015, they earned the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
