Cecelia Rizk

Cecelia Rizk currently serves as the Managing Director of Development at Planned Parenthood Federation of America since September 2025. Previously, Cecelia held various roles at NPR over a ten-year period, culminating in the position of Director of Donor Relations & Strategy, and including positions such as Senior Manager of Development Administration and Events and Donor Relations Coordinator. Prior experience includes teaching ELA at Cesar Chavez Public Charter Schools and Baltimore City Public Schools, as well as serving as a Corps Member for Teach For America. Cecelia earned a Master's degree in Urban Education from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from The George Washington University.
