Cinthia Hernandez

Cinthia Hernandez has had a diverse range of work experiences. Cinthia started their professional journey as a Barista at Starbucks in 2018. In 2019, they became a Volunteer Lead for Planned Parenthood Federation of America, where they empowered their local community through health education, policy advocacy, and civic engagement. Cinthia also assisted in organizing informative sessions for the LatinX community. Starting in 2020, Cinthia worked at Carvana as a Background Coordinator in HR Operations, ensuring efficient processing of background checks and conducting additional screenings for compliance purposes. Cinthia then took on the role of a Sell to Carvana Advocate, assisting with customer interactions. Concurrently, they joined Canyon Angels as a Deal Flow Analyst, where they screened and evaluated potential investment opportunities for angel investors. Additionally, they served as a Due Diligence Lead, managing communications with startup CEOs and guiding an undergraduate student team in conducting market and customer validation research.
