Sahar Khamsehi M.S., CLSSBB has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Most recently, they worked as the Transformation Director, Affiliates Shared Services at Planned Parenthood Federation of America starting in March 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Strategic Transformation, Hospital Initiatives Manager at Nuvance Health from October 2021 to February 2023.

Before joining Nuvance Health, Sahar worked at Atrium Health Navicent as an Operational/Scholarly Project Lead from August 2018 to September 2021. They also held the role of Strategy & Innovation Research Project Lead at the same organization from January 2017 to July 2018.

In 2014, Sahar was a Product Manager at GEODIS, where they were responsible for Information System Design, Transformation & Implementation. They previously served as an Executive Board Member in Binghamton Council at Binghamton University-GSO from July 2013 to July 2014.

Sahar Khamsehi holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering, which they obtained from Binghamton University in the years 2017-2025. Before their doctoral studies, they completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Industrial Engineering at Binghamton University from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, Sahar obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering from SRBIAU, where they studied from 2006 to 2011.

In addition to their academic degrees, Sahar also holds various certifications. Sahar is a Certified LSSBB (Lean-Six Sigma Black Belt) from Binghamton University, earned in April 2023. Sahar obtained a certification in Leadership Essentials (Executive & Team Leadership) in May 2022, and they were certified in Emotional Intelligence in April 2021, both from Binghamton University. Sahar acquired a certification in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence from IBM and Binghamton University in January 2021. Sahar also holds a certification in Design Thinking from Binghamton University, obtained in July 2020.
