Corey Preston

Corey Preston has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Corey is currently working as an Associate General Counsel at Planned Parenthood Federation of America since April 2022. Before that, Corey served as the Founder/Attorney at Preston Law, PLLC from January 2020 to April 2022, focusing on public interest work and providing legal support to non-profit organizations, business start-ups, and handling employment issues. Corey also worked as an Attorney at Grant & Hoffman, PC from March 2014 to April 2022. Corey has held various roles as a Contract Attorney at Gazawi Law, P.C., The AR Group, LLP, and Burns Figa & Will, where they provided legal support on a contractual basis. Corey has also gained experience through judicial internships and externships at the U.S. District Court, Eastern District Virginia, and the U.S. Immigration Court, Denver. Corey's expertise spans fields such as non-profit support, business law, employment issues, contracts, and pro bono work on democracy issues, voting rights, immigration, and human rights.

Corey Preston obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English from the University at Buffalo, which they completed from 2003 to 2005. Following that, they pursued higher education at William & Mary Law School, where they obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from 2008 to 2011.
