Kiri Haggans

Kiri Haggans currently serves as the Associate Director, Program & Grants Financial Management at Planned Parenthood Federation of America. Prior to this, Kiri held various roles at the International Rescue Committee, including Senior Program Officer and Interim Program Officer for US Programs. Kiri also worked at Mercy Corps as the Head of Office in Khanaqin and as a Civil Society Programs Manager. With a background in international development and program management, Kiri has experience working with various organizations like Freedom House, Jitegemee, Inc, and the Earth Institute. Kiri holds a Master of Arts in International Affairs from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Truman State University.
