Marya Torrez (she/her)

Marya Torrez is currently the Senior Director of Policy Development & Strategy at Planned Parenthood Federation of America. Marya previously held roles such as Director of Public Policy at the same organization and worked as an Assistant General Counsel at the DC Office of Administrative Hearings. Marya also serves as an Adjunct Associate Professor at American University Washington College of Law, teaching a course on Reproduction and the Law. With a legal background and experience in reproductive health policy, Marya has made significant contributions in advocating for reproductive rights and justice.
