Tj Hines

TJ Hines has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2005, they worked as a Contract and Project Manager at Discovery Channel, where they managed the company's website and coordinated events for branding purposes. From 2010 to 2014, TJ served as a Disaster Recovery Specialist at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, where they supported FEMA's disaster response and recovery efforts. TJ then joined Urban One, Inc in 2014 as a Sales Administration Manager, overseeing advertising and marketing deals and supervising a team of coordinators. In 2017, TJ became a Project Manager at the Girl Scouts of the USA, taking charge of project implementation and logistics management. TJ transitioned to Hearst Television in 2019 as a Contract Administrator, negotiating and drafting personal employment agreements, reviewing contracts, and assisting with various legal matters. In 2020, they started their own company, Kismet Productions LLC, where they served as the Owner, managing the Contract Administrator team and overseeing contract management processes. Currently, TJ is working at Planned Parenthood Federation of America as an Associate Director, responsible for contract review, client inquiries, and third-party risk analysis.

TJ Hines pursued their education at the University of Maryland Bowie State from 1994 to 1998. During this period, they focused on Broadcast Journalism and earned a degree in Communication and Media Studies. In addition to their formal education, TJ Hines also obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including "Communicating with Empathy" in June 2019, "Managing Up" in June 2019, and "Administrative Professional Foundations" in May 2019.
