Robert Coulter

Robert Coulter is an experienced technical support professional with a background spanning over three decades in computer operations and support. Currently serving as a Computer Associate Technical Support III at Planned Systems International since April 2015, Robert provides vital support for access to New York State ITS systems within the City of New York's HRA-MIS department. Previous roles include Consultation Agent at Geek Squad, where client interactions focused on diagnosing and resolving computer issues, and an Enterprise System Support Analyst with Unisys, contributing to the New York State Office for Technology.
