Sean Monteiro

Sean Monteiro is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both real estate and military leadership. Currently serving as the Realtor/Owner of EXIT Monument Realty since December 2023 and previously as a Realtor Sales Associate at EXIT Realty Professionals until February 2024, Sean specializes in assisting buyers and sellers in the Hampton Roads Area. In addition to real estate, Sean holds the position of Operations Research Analyst at Planned Systems International since December 2022. A distinguished retired Colonel from the United States Air Force, Sean has held various leadership roles, including Inspector for Air Combat Command, Commander of the 451 AEG, and Chief of Combat Plans Division. Sean earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from the United States Air Force Academy and an MBA from American InterContinental University.
