Vincent Flear

Vincent Flear, CISSP, has extensive experience in UNIX systems engineering, currently serving as a Sr. UNIX Systems Engineer at Planned Systems International since February 2008, providing consulting services to the Defense Health Services Systems under the Military Health System. Flear has also held positions as a Senior UNIX Systems Engineer at Vangent, Inc., and previously served as Sr. Systems Engineer for DHSS from 2008 to 2013. Prior experience includes roles such as Sr. UNIX Systems Supervisor at NVR, Inc., Senior UNIX Systems Manager at Micron Technology, Systems Administrator at Dominion Semiconductor, and Systems Engineer at Hughes Aircraft Company. Flear earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from Drexel University from 1980 to 1985.
