Kristen Cripe

Kristen Cripe is a seasoned professional in customer success and account management with extensive experience in the motorsports industry. Currently serving as Customer Success Lead at Plannernet since April 2021, Kristen has held positions as Senior Associate and Customer Success Associate within the same company. Prior to this, Kristen worked at Performance Marketing Group, Inc. from February 2017 to February 2021 as an Account Manager, where responsibilities included managing paddock club hospitality for the IMSA WeatherTech Sportscar Championship. Additional roles include customer service positions at Home Management Pros, Angie's List, and Indianapolis Motor Speedway, alongside an internship at Act(s) Marketing. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a concentration in Motorsports Management from Marian University.
