Chris Shinpaugh

Chris Shinpaugh serves as the Facility and Development Director at OKTA Holdings LLC since February 2018, overseeing new construction, physical network infrastructure, and facility maintenance. As the Technical Deployment Lead at PlanNet Consulting since February 2016, Chris manages network infrastructure projects for both large enterprises and small offices, analyzes data communications networks for Thomas Built Buses, and coordinates network design and approval activities. Chris's prior experience includes a role as Junior Network Administrator at NW Sync from April 2013 to November 2015 and as Owner/Operations Manager of Shinpaugh & Shinpaugh Inc., a commercial and residential construction contractor, from June 1996 to May 2015. Chris studied at Bellevue College from 1983 to 1984.
