Sara Clark, CPT

Sara Clark, CPT, has a diverse work experience starting with their current role as a Front Desk Assistant at Great Lakes Health & Wellness. Sara joined the company in March 2023 and focuses on addressing the causes of pain for patients.

Prior to this, Sara worked as a Certified Personal Trainer at the American Council on Exercise from January 2015. Sara also had a role as a Marketing Representative at PlanNet Marketing and as an Inteletravel Independent Travel Agent at InteleTravel.com, both starting in February 2021.

Sara gained administrative experience as an Administrative Assistant at Vitamix, where they worked from June 2022 to March 2023. Before that, they were an LII Executive Consultant for Rodan + Fields from November 2016 to January 2023, promoting their skincare products and managing their own online platform.

Sara's fitness journey began as a Certified Personal Trainer at YMCA of the Triangle in May 2015. Sara also had a role as a Piyo Instructor at Beachbody from January 2015 to January 2016. In addition, they worked as a Coach for Team Beachbody from May 2010 to 2013, motivating people to get in shape and promoting a healthy lifestyle.

Sara started their professional career as an Independent Consultant for The Pampered Chef from March 2012 to October 2014.

With their background in fitness, marketing, and administrative roles, Sara brings a diverse skillset to their current position as a Front Desk Assistant.

Sara Clark, CPT, has a diverse education history with a focus on holistic health, child development, dental assistant training, and college preparatory studies. In 2023, they enrolled in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where they pursued studies in holistic health. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2005, Sara attended The University of Akron, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Child Development. Sara also attended Ashland University from 2000 to 2003 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Child Development. In 2010 to 2011, they furthered their education at HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College, focusing on dental assistant training. In their high school years, from 1996 to 2000, they attended Padua Franciscan High School and completed a College Prep program. Sara has also obtained additional certifications, including "Coaching Yourself and Your Team from Uncertainty to Action", "Communicating with Confidence", and "Excel Quick Tips" from LinkedIn. Additionally, they hold a certification in CPR/AED/First Aid from the American Heart Association.
