Caleb Tenney has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. From 2013-2016, they were a Sales Consultant at Sunglass Hut, where they worked with other employees and coordinated as a team, welcomed and actively engaged with customers, and used consultative selling techniques to meet and exceed sales goals. From 2016-2019, they were a Desktop Support Technician at Fresno State Technology Services, where they assisted staff one-on-one, both in-person and remotely, to repair, troubleshoot, and set up technology. Caleb was also familiar with university-wide network infrastructure and framework for managing all staff accounts and computers, and had knowledge of IT software such as Cherwell, AD, SCCM, and Jamf. During this time, they also worked as a Painter at State Center Community College District. From 2019-2022, they were an Information Technology Technician at Fresno County Superintendent of Schools, where they assisted staff one-on-one, both in-person and remotely, to repair, troubleshoot, and set up technology, and wrote PowerShell scripts and batch files to perform bulk tasks quickly. Currently, they are a Customer Experience Agent at Planning Center.
Caleb Tenney completed their education history by earning a Bachelor of Science from California State University, Fresno in 2018, with a major in Computer Science and a minor in Mathematics. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Science from Clovis Community College in 2015, majoring in Mathematics. Caleb also attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 2012 to 2013, studying Mathematics.
