Jessica Little

Documentation Manager at Planning Center

Jessica Little has worked in the church and technology industry since 2012. Jessica began their career as a Secretary at Byers Assembly in 2012. In 2014, they moved to Faith Chapel as a Kids Pastor. In 2016, they joined Planning Center, where they have held four roles: Documentation Manager, Documentation Coordinator, Technical Writer, and Support Agent. As Documentation Manager, they managed a team of writers and editors to publish help articles for church staff and volunteers. As Documentation Coordinator, they managed documentation for thirteen products. As Technical Writer, they engaged in peer review and worked with Product Managers and Support Specialists. As Support Agent, they answered tickets and phone calls full of questions about managing church databases.

Jessica Little completed their high school diploma at Hominy High School in 2008. Jessica then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature, General at Southwestern Assemblies of God University, which they completed in 2011.
