Jonathan Guaman began their career in 2019 as a Crew Member at Five Guys Enterprises. In 2022, they moved on to City Tile & Granite Inc, where they served as an Office Assistant. Later that same year, they became a Customer Experience Agent at Planning Center and a Customer Experience Fellowship | CX Fellow at KindWork.

Jonathan Guaman is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Queens College, which they began in 2021 and is expected to complete in 2025. Prior to this, they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS in Computer Engineering Technology/Technician from Queensborough Community College between 2017 and 2020. In addition, they have two certifications: Zendesk Omnichannel Agent I from Zendesk, which they obtained in September 2022, and the KindWork Customer Experience Fellowship from KindWork.
