Lindsey Allen

Community Support Agent at Planning Center

Lindsey Allen has a long history of work experience, beginning in 2000 with their role as High School Staff at North Coast Church. In 2006, they became Membership Director/Small Group Coordinator at Southwest Community Church. In 2008, they moved into the role of Ministry Director at Southwest Community Church, where they trained ministries on how to use their Ministry Serving Computer system, organized events for up to 100 participants, and communicated with ministries and volunteers through oral, written, and other means. In 2011, they became an Independent Senior Director at Thirty-One Gifts, where they currently lead and trains a team of 75 consultants in one of the Top 20 Direct Sales Companies in the U.S. and is in the Top 25 for consultants for recruiting for 2013/2014 out of 110,000 consultants. In 2015, they began their role as Community Support Agent at Planning Center.

Lindsey Allen began their educational journey in 1994 at Vista High School, where they earned their High School degree in 1998. Lindsey then attended Palomar College from 1998 to 1999, and MiraCosta College from 1999 to 2011. Finally, Lindsey earned their Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Biola University between 2001 and 2003.
