Rhoda Byers

Executive Vice President at Plano Community Home

Rhoda Byers has over 20 years of experience in senior living and campus administration. From 1996 to present, Rhoda has been the Executive Vice President at Plano Community Home, where they have successfully managed three subsidized properties for seniors. Rhoda played a key role in opening new phases of the campus. Prior to that, Rhoda worked as a Resident Community Coordinator at Franklin & Marshall College from 1988 to 1992. In this role, they oversaw multiple residence halls and supervised Resident Assistants.

Rhoda Byers obtained their BS in Liberal Studies with a minor in Speech Communication from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, where they studied from 1984 to 1988. Rhoda then pursued an MS degree in Administration of Aging Organizations at the University of North Texas, completing their studies from 1992 to 1995.
