Carissa Gerving has over 10 years of experience in people management, coaching, and fostering personal growth and development. Currently serving as an HR Manager for Talent Acquisition & Development at Planon, Carissa also has experience as Head of Client Services at IRI and ZTAS Specialist at a pharmaceutical company. Carissa is passionate about helping individuals reach their goals and is a graduate of the University of Chicago with a degree in Psychology and Music.
