Kerrian Masters

Kerrian Masters currently serves as the Director of Contracts Administration at PlanSource, a position held since September 2016, after progressing from the role of Sr. Manager in the same department. Prior experience includes roles as Analyst III in Regulatory and Compliance at CareCentrix, and various compliance and legal positions at WellCare Health Plans, including Manager of Compliance Oversight. Masters also worked as a Sr. Legal Specialist involved in SEC filings and corporate governance, and as Sr. Corporate & Securities Paralegal at The Estée Lauder Companies, overseeing Board meetings and annual shareholder gatherings. Earlier experience includes supervising a team of paralegals at Latham & Watkins while assisting with corporate transactions. Kerrian Masters holds a Bachelor of Arts in Literature from Purchase College, SUNY.
