Niraj Patel

Niraj Patel has had a diverse work experience. In 2021, they started as an Operations Associate Trainee at BYJU'S. During this time, they gained valuable skills in managing and handling debt portfolios, resolving billing and credit issues, and improving collection quality. In 2022, they joined upGrad as an Operations Associate, where they focused on post-sales lead management, loan disbursal, and internal communication between teams. Currently, in 2023, Niraj is working at PlanSource as a Billing Analyst, where they are responsible for premium billing.

Niraj Patel completed their Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The Bhawanipur Education Society College, starting in 2018 and finishing in 2021. Prior to that, they pursued Higher Secondary education in Business/Commerce, General from India International School - Asansol between 2016 and 2018. In addition to their formal education, Niraj has obtained various certifications, including Excel: PivotTables for Beginners and Excel: VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP for Beginners from LinkedIn in July 2022, Cold Calling: Overcoming Sales Objections from LinkedIn in July 2021, Reading Financial Statement from Corporate Finance Institute® (CFI) in December 2020, and Digital Skills: Social Media from Accenture in October 2020. Niraj also obtained certifications in Customer Service: Problem Solving & Troubleshooting, Excel Crash Course Certificate, Prepare Yourself for a Career in Sales, Soft Skills for Sales Professionals, and Communication Skills from LinkedIn, as well as a Strategy Consulting Virtual Experience Program from Boston Consulting Group (BCG), all in 2020. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Google Analytics from Google Analytics for Business, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Udemy, Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google, and Google ads Video Certification from Google Ads in 2020. Niraj also attended a workshop at Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune in September 2019.
