Robert Payton

Robert Payton has over 10 years of experience in the field, starting with their role as a Claims Specialist at FBMC Benefits Management in 2009. Robert then worked as a Team Lead at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where they transformed the department and increased the service level agreement metric. Payton then joined Healthfirst as a Member Services Representative, where they educated members and trained new employees on company procedures. Robert later became a Supervisor at Connextions, managing a team and redesigning standards and procedures for Medicare benefits. Currently, they are employed at PlanSource as a Benefits Account Manager, where they collaborate with various client accounts and ensures the success of HR administration.

Robert Payton attended Seminole State College of Florida from 2012 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Information Management.
