Fabian Cervantes

Fabian Cervantes has over 20 years of work experience in Human Resources, Personnel Management, and Business Operations. Fabian began their career in 1999 as a Human Resources Manager/Deputy Disbursing Officer in the US Navy. In 2008, they were deployed to Iraq as a Personnel Specialist for Multi-National Security Transition Command. In 2012, they became the Owner of C and C Cleaning Services, a small business they built from the ground up. In 2014, they joined Goodwill Industries of San Diego County as a Human Resources Manager and was later promoted to Human Resources Generalist/Coordinator. Fabian also held the role of Housing Specialist at Veterans Village of San Diego County in 2014. From 2017 to 2020, Fabian worked at San Ysidro Health as a Human Resources Manager and Director of Human Resources, and at San Diego Society for Human Resource Management as a Member Board of Directors - VP of Programs. Currently, they are the Director of People and Culture at Plant Power Fast Food.

Fabian Cervantes obtained a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2017, a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Human Resources Management from the same university in 2015, and a certification in Organizational Leadership from Goodwill Industries of San Diego County in 2016.
