Lance Waltman

Lance Waltman has over a decade of experience in the operations field. Lance started their career in 2008 as an Extrusion Manager at Novolex (Hilex Poly). In 2015, they joined Plant Therapy as the Director of Operations and later assumed the role of Senior Operations Manager.

Lance Waltman attended Brigham Young University - Idaho from 1996 to 1998. Lance also holds an OSHA 10 Hour certification.
