Olav Fyldeng

Olav Fyldeng is an experienced IT executive currently serving as CIO at Plantagen / Plantasjen since February 2019, where responsibilities include leading a management group overseeing 22-25 individuals across operations, support, security, and infrastructure. Previously, Olav held the role of IT responsible / CTO at Ratos, focusing on coordinating IT initiatives for a group of 16 companies with an emphasis on cybersecurity and AI. Other significant roles include Head of Business Applications at Varner, Corporate Head of PMO at EVRY ASA, Chief of Business Development at Vectura AS, Senior Advisor at A-2 AS, and Senior Manager at Accenture, where responsibilities encompassed project management, budget oversight, and enterprise solutions. Olav holds a Master's degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics, an MBA-exchange from Esade, and completed executive education at the Stockholm School of Economics.
