Dror Shalitin

Prior to PlantArcBio, Dror was a leading Researcher at Evogene.

Dror holds an MSc. in Plant Protection and Virology (ARO, the Volcani Center, Israel) and a PhD in Plant Molecular Biology, Genetics and Physiology from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

During his post doctorate at UCLA, Dror was the first to decipher the MOA of plant blue-light photoreceptors, Cryptochromes (Nature, 2002).
