Marie Stiegel

Marie Stiegel started their work experience in 2005 as a Staff Auditor at the Michigan Office of the Auditor General. In this role, they performed financial statement and compliance audits for state departments, as well as single audits. Marie then joined Plante Moran in 2007 as a Principal, and their tenure at the company continues.

Marie Stiegel completed their education from 2001 to 2006 at the Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Accounting. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained two certifications: AICPA Leadership Academy Graduate from the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants in 2016, and Certified Public Accountant from the State of Michigan.
