Carlo Spaccasassi

Carlo Spaccasassi is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in software development and research. Currently employed at PlantingSpace since August 2023, Carlo has previously held engineering positions at Permutive and Microsoft, where significant contributions were made from November 2021 to May 2023 and August 2016 to March 2021, respectively. Prior roles include postdoctoral researcher and Ph.D. student at Trinity College Dublin, as well as software developer positions at IBM Research and IBM Ireland. Carlo began the professional journey as a JME/J2EE developer at OPENTECH.COM. Educationally, Carlo holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Rome Tor Vergata.
