Ajit Kumar Mishra is an experienced professional with over 14 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement and Operations. Ajit Kumar began their career in 2007 as a Supply Chain Engineer with ABB. In 2011, they worked as a Summer Intern with Tata Motors. In 2012, they joined Airtel as Manager - Global Sourcing. Ajit Kumar was responsible for end-to-end procurement and operations of 4G rollout in India and 17 countries in Africa. Additionally, they were the sourcing lead for mobility ancillaries and IT equipments and was responsible for creating a comprehensive white paper on network partner ecosystem strategy. In 2016, they joined Cloudtail India Private Limited (JV of Amazon.com and Catamaran Ventures) as Senior InStock Manager. In 2018, they joined Bizongo as Associate Director - Supply chain and Head - Partner Growth (S). Currently, they are working as Executive Vice President - Category and Supply Chain at Plantix since 2022.

Ajit Kumar Mishra completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from NIT Hamirpur between 2003 and 2007. Prior to this, they attended K.V No.1 Tambaram between 2000 and 2002. In 2010, they earned their MBA in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Indian Institute of Management, Indore.
