Shahzaib Irshad

Shahzaib Irshad has worked in the agricultural industry since 2018. In 2018, they worked as a Subject Matter Expert and Entomologist at BaKhabar Kissan. During this role, they worked to improve agricultural productivity in rural areas through the dissemination of improved techniques and agri technologies. Shahzaib also designed the content and training layout of Agricultrue Call Center agents, and conducted seminars, farmers meetings, briefings, field days, and group discussions. Additionally, they provided pesticide recommendations. In 2019, they began working as an Agri-community expert at Plantix (an E-Agriculture platform). In this role, they resolved issues of farmers related to their crops, and provided treatment and precautionary measures. Shahzaib also guided and helped the farming communities to enhance their outcomes and productivity.

Shahzaib Irshad completed their B.Sc (Hons) Agriculture major Entomology from Arid Agriculture University between 2014 and 2018, focusing on Agriculture, Agriculture Operations, and Related Sciences. From 2012 to 2014, they attended Government Post Graduate College Teshil & District Rajanpur (South Punjab) and obtained an Intermediate degree in Pre-Medicle. Shahzaib also completed their Matriculation from Government Higher Secondary School No.1- Rajanpur in 2012, majoring in Science.
