Cecilia Fällman

Cecilia Fällman has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Cecilia started their career at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU) as a research trainee in 2007. In 2008, they worked as an engineer at CMA Microdialysis AB and also completed their master's thesis at Dipylon Medical AB. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a consultant in quality assurance at PlantVision AB.

In 2011, Cecilia joined Elekta as a regulatory affairs engineer and later assumed the roles of quality assurance & regulatory affairs specialist for Europe & AFLAME and submission leader for global market access. Cecilia worked at Elekta until 2015.

Since 2015, Cecilia has held various positions at PlantVision AB, including senior consultant & business manager for regulatory affairs, marketing & business development manager for compliance and team lead for quality & regulatory medical device. Cecilia'sresponsibilities involved driving operational excellence and helping customers achieve greater value from operational change. Cecilia became the deputy business area manager for compliance in March 2021.

Cecilia also had roles outside of PlantVision AB. In 2018, they became a member of the board at Sejda AB, where they were involved in analyzing projects and constructing narratives. Cecilia also served as a member of the board at Scandinavian Health Innovator, a consultancy working towards creating healthy organizations and healthcare conditions.

With their diverse experience in regulatory affairs, quality assurance, and project management, Cecilia Fällman has developed a strong skill set in compliance, operational improvement, and business development within the medical device industry.

Cecilia Fällman's education history is as follows:

From 2004 to 2008, they attended Uppsala University and completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Molecular Biotechnology Engineering.

In parallel, from 2007 to 2010, they also studied at Uppsala University and earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Business Administration, with a specialization in industrial financial control.

Furthermore, in 2006, they briefly attended Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala, where they studied Biology, although it is not specified if they obtained a degree.

Lastly, from 2000 to 2003, they attended Sigtunaskolan Humanistiska Läroverket, where they pursued studies in the field of Naturvetenskap (Natural Sciences). Again, there is no mention of a degree being granted for this period of education.
