Jessica Törnquist

Jessica Törnquist has extensive work experience in the fields of quality management, compliance, and life science. Jessica currently holds the position of Enhetschef (Head of Business Unit) at PlantVision AB, where they lead the Quality Management team. Jessica also serves as a Konsultchef (Consultant Manager) in the Life Science Compliance department. Prior to these roles, Jessica worked as a Teamleader & Senior Consultant at the same company, where they managed a group of professional consultants and was responsible for sales, marketing, and training activities.

In their previous positions at PlantVision AB, Jessica also worked on external assignments as a project manager for investment projects within the Life Science sector. Jessica handled tasks such as installation and upgrade of facility monitoring systems and hardware at AstraZeneca and Octapharma.

Before joining PlantVision AB, Jessica worked at F-gruppen as part of the National Leadership Group. Jessica was with the company from 2019 to 2021.

Jessica's earlier experience includes roles at Cepheid AB and Karolinska Universitetssjukhuset. At Cepheid AB, they worked as a Failure Investigator, conducting laboratory failure investigations and root-cause analysis testing. Jessica was also a Quality Control Analyst, responsible for quality control according to GMP standards. At Karolinska Universitetssjukhuset, Jessica worked as a Laboratory Engineer in Molecular Diagnostics, utilizing real-time PCR and ELISA techniques for patient diagnosis. Jessica also had teaching responsibilities during BMA student internships.

From 2006 to 2009, Jessica Törnquist pursued their Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Molecular Biology at Stockholm University.
