Julian Guer

Julian Guer has a diverse range of work experience. Julian started their career as an Apprentice Mechatronic at Schneider Electric from September 2010 to February 2014, where they gained experience in designing, building, and repairing mechanical and electrical machines. Julian then worked as a Studentischer Mitarbeiter at Schneider Electric from October 2014 to September 2017.

In 2018, Julian joined the Human Protein Atlas as a Research Engineer for a short period, where they updated the database and assisted with handling human tissue samples and antibodies.

Since 2018, Julian has been working at Planview, Inc. Julian started as an Account Development Representative, focusing on new customers from April 2018 to November 2018. Julian then moved on to become an Account Development Representative for Global Customer Growth from December 2018 to August 2019, where they worked closely with customers to optimize their use of solutions and support their digital/agile transformation.

In September 2019, Julian transitioned to the role of Global Operations Specialist at Planview. In this position, they contributed to improving daily revenue forecasts, created Salesforce reports and dashboards for senior leadership, and developed a new month close process to enhance data accuracy and consistency towards accounting.

From February 2021 to April 2022, Julian served as the Global Operations Lead at Planview, responsible for overseeing operations and managing the team. Julian then took on the role of Global Service Data Analyst & Operations Lead from April 2022 onwards.

Overall, Julian Guer has shown versatile experience in roles related to operations, customer growth, research, and mechanical/electrical engineering.

Julian Guer completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration at Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) from 2014 to 2017. Julian also studied Swedish Language at Hermods AB in 2018. Prior to that, Julian pursued Mechatronics at Gewerblich-Technische Schule Offenburg from 2010 to 2014. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Certified SAFe® 6 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in September 2023.
