Gali Barak

Gali Barak has extensive experience in the defense and compliance sectors, currently serving as the Contracts and Compliance Manager at Plasan Sasa Ltd since June 2006. Gali specializes in managing compliance with US International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and related Israeli regulations, as well as overseeing the preparation and negotiation of various export license applications. Previously, Gali established the Proposals Department at Plasan and served as Proposals Manager and Contracts and Compliance Officer. Prior roles include Director of Contracts at RAFAEL Ltd, where Gali led negotiation teams and managed legal affairs, and Accounts and Contracts Manager, responsible for post-sale activities in development and supply programs. Gali holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Management from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
