Bruno Souza

Bruno Souza is an experienced logistics and production manager with a diverse background in the automotive and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as a Logistic Manager at Plascar since March 2022, Bruno previously held roles at Grupo Click Automotiva, Valeo Lighting, PSA Peugeot Citroen do Brazil, Tower Automotive LTDA, Visteon, and GMD, accumulating extensive experience in logistics supervision, production management, and industrial cost management. With a strong focus on operational efficiency, Bruno has successfully improved key performance indicators, such as OEE and scrap rates, demonstrating expertise in coaching, team empowerment, and strategic planning. Bruno holds a postgraduate degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Universidade Ítalo Brasileiro and additional qualifications in supply chain management and people management for business.
