Emily Frankoff

Emily Frankoff is a Customer Success Specialist at Plasma Games. Emily previously worked as a middle grades math & science teacher at Wake County Public School System from June 2017 to June 2021, where they served in many leadership roles, such as team lead and track & field head coach. Emily also worked as a middle grades math teacher at Greene County Middle School from December 2016 to June 2017, where they helped start the middle school track & field program and served as head coach.

Emily Frankoff has a Bachelor of Science in Middle Grades Education- Math & Science from East Carolina University. Emily also has certification from HubSpot in Service Hub Software Certification.

Emily Frankoff reports to Jessie Maglio, Customer Success Lead. They are on a team with Gordon Gabriel - Customer Success Specialist, Gabriel Rollins - Customer Success Associate.
