Russ Westerman

Russ Westerman has extensive experience in the field of technology and engineering, currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Technology at Plasma-Therm, LLC since January 2009. Prior to this role, Russ held the position of Head of Product Development at Oerlikon USA from July 1997 to January 2009 and worked as an Engineer at Advanced Plasma Systems between 1994 and 1996, focusing on plasma processing for surface modification in automotive and biomedical applications. Russ began a career in the industry as an intern at USATHAMA from 1987 to 1989. Russ holds an MBA in Business Administration from the Florida Institute of Technology, an MS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
