Elke Elisabeth Agg

Elke Elisabeth Agg, MBA has over 20 years of extensive work experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Elke Elisabeth currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding at Plasser & Theurer Export von Bahnbaumaschinen G.m.b.H. where they are responsible for strategic talent acquisition and employer branding initiatives. Prior to their current role, they were the Human Resources Manager at the same company from 2021 to 2023. Previously, Elke worked at CNH Industrial Österreich GmbH as a Human Resources Manager/Personalleitung for eight years. In this role, they led a team and collaborated with European HR colleagues on various projects. Elke Elisabeth was responsible for implementing HR management systems and processes, managing recruitment and onboarding, providing training and coaching, and handling employment law and employee development. Elke also has experience as a Head of Personnel Office/Payroll and as a team leader in diverse companies, where they handled all internal and external HR matters and oversaw budgeting and employee training.
