Rotem Ravon

Rotem Ravon has extensive experience in operational management and engineering across various companies. Currently serving as Operational Excellence Lead and Production Manager at Apollo since February 2023, Rotem has previously held multiple roles at PLASSON Ltd. including Project Manager in the operations department, Maintenance Plant Engineer, and Methods and Organization Engineer since April 2014. Prior experience also includes positions as an Operational Excellence Team Member and Production Manager at Strauss Group Inc. from November 2009 to March 2014, as well as Production Manager at Plasson Ltd. from September 2005 to July 2009. Rotem holds a Master’s Degree in Water, Wetlands, and Marine Resources Management from the University of Haifa (2011-2013) and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Shenkar College (2001-2005).
