Tal Shofty

Tal Shofty is an experienced recruiter at PLASSON Ltd., a plastic manufacturing plant with 750 employees, since June 2016, responsible for end-to-end HR recruiting, employee development, training processes, career development, engagement, benefits, compensation, and performance evaluation. Previously, Tal served as a diagnostic instruction teacher at מכון אותיות from September 2012 to September 2014. Tal holds an M.A. in Education/Teaching of Individuals with Specific Learning Disabilities from Tel Aviv University, completed in October 2014, a course in Behavioral Interview techniques from מורית רוזן in February 2019, and a B.Ed. in Elementary Education and Teaching from Kibbutzim College, obtained in October 2010.
