Carl Jones

Carl Jones is an experienced drilling and completion consultant currently operating as the owner of CMJConsultant since August 2016. With a strong background in supervising drilling operations, Carl has held significant roles at various companies, including Drilling Superintendent at Noble Energy, Drilling Supervisor positions at Talisman Energy USA, Shell, and Devon Energy, and served as a Well Site Supervisor at BP. Carl’s expertise includes drilling horizontal wells in key regions such as the Marcellus Shale and Eagle Ford Shale. Education includes time at Nichols State University and McNeese State University, although no degrees were obtained.
