Steve Hamilton

Steve Hamilton has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

From 2018 to the present, they have held several roles at Plaster Group, LLC, including Practice Area Director - Agile Solutions and Client Service Director. Their responsibilities involved overseeing Agile solutions and providing client services. Steve also worked as an Agile Product Management Consultant, where they handled client work for a large telecommunications provider and an international footwear brand. Their projects included implementing a Supply Chain Business Intelligence system and designing a wiki-based system for knowledge management.

Prior to that, from 2015 to 2017, Steve worked as a Senior Product Manager at CDK Global. From 2013 to 2015, they were a Consultant at Slalom Consulting, where they gained experience in various consulting projects.

In 2013, Steve worked as a Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master at Microsoft Office Marketing Division on a consulting basis.

From 2007 to 2013, they held positions at Imprev, serving as the VP of Product Development and working as a Product Manager, Program Manager, and Scrum Master.

Steve Hamilton has a diverse education history. Steve began their academic journey in 1988 at the University of Colorado Boulder, where they pursued coursework in electrical and mechanical engineering for 1.5 years. However, they did not obtain a degree from this institution. In 1989, they transferred to the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business, where they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting with an emphasis in Statistics and Tax in 1993.

More recently, Steve is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Analytics at the Georgia Institute of Technology, with an expected completion date in 2024.

In addition to their formal education, Steve has obtained multiple certifications throughout their career.
