Shelia Beard

Shelia Beard has held various quality-related roles in different companies such as Plasti-Paint Inc., Grenzebach Corporation, Pretty Products, LLC, and Duracell. With a Bachelor's degree in Business Quality Management from Southwestern College, Shelia has extensive experience in quality engineering, process analysis, production control, and ISO coordination. Shelia currently holds the position of Sr. Quality Engineer/ISO Coordinator at Plasti-Paint Inc. where Shelia continues to drive continuous improvement and quality control initiatives.
