Jean-Christophe Lesguillier has an extensive work experience in various roles across different companies. Jean-Christophe is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Plastic Energy since January 2022. Prior to this, they had a long tenure at ExxonMobil, starting in 2010 as the Global Marketing Manager and progressing to become the Business Development Executive at the Alliance to End Plastic Waste from August 2019 to January 2022. Jean-Christophe also held the roles of Circular Economy Executive and Technical Manager at ExxonMobil. Before joining ExxonMobil, they worked at ExxonMobil Chemical as a Strategic Planning - M&A professional.
Jean-Christophe Lesguillier began their education in 1990 at CPE Lyon, where they pursued a degree in chemical engineering, ultimately earning a Diplôme d'ingénieur in 1994. During this time, from 1993 to 1994, they also attended the University of New Brunswick, where they completed a Master of Science (MS) in Chemical Engineering. Alongside their studies at CPE Lyon, Lesguillier also enrolled in ESCIL, where they obtained a degree in Ingenieur Chimiste with a specialization in Genie des procedes, graduating in 1994.
