With over 29 years of experience in aircraft maintenance and production supervision, James has demonstrated strong leadership and management skills in overseeing teams and operations to ensure quality and efficiency. Through their career, James has managed large teams, implemented continuous improvement practices, and conducted training programs for aeronautical and technical fields.
